wat springs should i go for?

I got a new set of boxed R1 Racing Sports Coilover sleeve/spring kit [allows 0-4inch drop from stock height - adjustable via 2 sleeves] that may go for sale in a week or 2 if i dont find time to fit them to my civic. Suitable for 88-00 Civics and 90-00 Integras as stated on the box.

I recommend you don't try setups such as "coilover sleeves", as there has been bad feedback on such products in the past. If you're on a tight budget for your EK, simply get a decent set of springs. Whiteline, Kmac, King, Spoon if you can, etc.
I believe Fried on these forums has a used set of Kmacs in good condition for sale. Should fit DC/EK/EG Hondas.
