At the moment Luke is only leaving the line at a very soft 3,500rpm and tyre pressures are still quite high around 15psi. So next time out I believe they are going to go for less tyre pressure and more rpm to try and bring the 60ft times down.
The upside of the current approach is the stress on the car is very little.
Saw the car only for one of the passes, looked good. do you have axles in the car yet? I spoke to Joe on the day but forgot to ask him.
The left outer shaft is a billet shaft with the others being standard shafts. Joe has just wanted to get all the basics sorted out before he really starts to stress the car.
They are going out on Wednesday night so we'll see how they go.
Well its time to take the car to the next level. A few mods are planned but the $$$$ just aren't there so we are looking for sponsors to come on board with us for the rest of the year.
Send me a PM if anyone is interested or knows of anyone that may be interested. Parts or cash deals will both be gladly accepted.
