    yeh but hes got a standard head, and not many people make gear for the d16zc, most has to be custom made gear... very very $$$

    Turbo sounds very interesting.
    wish i had 15 - 20k lying around.
    Just wondering deano, you would have to use a different exhaust system for your car when its all finnished?

    Yeh bludger. Am going 3 inch all the way. Will be getting rid of my current setup.

    And my setup is 'not' going to cost 15-20k.

    10k, will get you a very decent build.
    with no shortcuts, using quality parts.

    to get the desired power from a ZC, you need the following.

    Forged pistons anything under 9:1 comp
    Rods
    Knifed crankshaft
    Head work, and the ZC head has plenty you can do with it.
    550CC Injectors
    bosch 040 pump
    b&m fuel reg,
    cam gears
    stock camshafts.
    larger throttle body
    good intercooler
    m&w ignition setup
    and about 15psi and a good engine management system, i run emanage ultimate,
