    i found out .. that for drag reason .. is not good to have lightflywheel
    but for track is good to us lightflywheel..

    your car needs to have sufficient moment of inertia on the flys to get the car moving .. and in drag u want to move the car faster means heavier flywheels is better on drag .. coz have heavier weight which gives you more inertia

    I would suggest you do a bit more reading of some of the other topics about lightened flywheels etc on this site and then reread what you just wrote.
