Err this thread had lots of posts originally started by Chris. Something went wrong with the database and in my process of trying to fix it I can't get them back (for the moment)... So I copied the data across to this new thread in the interim. Hopefully this is a temporary measure until we can recover the posts where people ask to be added to the list (may not be possible). My bad. At least I have the list!
People can still add to the list in this thread.
