That's similar to the one I bought from the US. I got it painted at a spray painter in Yennora (who did a great job) and installed it myself. It's pretty straight forward, and yes you do need to remove the top radiator stay, but thats but an aesthetics issue for the engine bay.
I'll give you $50 to install it for me :P How much did they charge for the painting?
