    Airbags or Coilovers?

im after something reliable that will last me quite awhile, and a Low look for my car. I've asked a few people about Coilovers, and they say it wont really last that long if you tend to really lower your car.
My other option is Airbags.. dont really know much about that so yerr

    Any suggestions?

    budget? what type of car?

airbags have little to no handling capabilities.

i would go low budget coilovers = $1K. if they blow, get another set.

airbags = $4.5K. so u could get 4 sets of coilovers for that price.

coilovers will last the same amount of time no matter how low they go. when you adjust the height you not adjusting the shock travel so you can go as low as you like without damaging the shock/spring.

The only thing (aparently) that can get damaged from going to low is your cv's. but i've never seen a direct relationship between the two.

Cheaper coils like the Tein Basic, SS and Tanabe don't have the lower adjustable mount, so there is a limit as to how low you can go before the damper starts to get damaged in the same way as stock shocks on super low springs.
