    strut bar problems

Hi, can't seem to get the strut bar on (on the Left side assuming driver's position) b/c the aircon pipe is in the way.

I've tried pushing the aircon pipe to make a bit of room but not enough.
I've looked at photos of engine bays (in this forum) and everyone seems to have just pushed it out of the way...

sorry i have no pics but any suggestions? i dont want to ****ed up the aircon pipe and die in the summer...

    Ta

    1) Have you tried turning the strut the other way?
    2) The aircon pipings are held in place by a size 10 bolt near the tower. Loosen it and you can move the piping.

it's a generic no brand bar

i did loosen the bolt that hold the aircon but i just feel if i push it harder sometime might give...and fixing aircon is gonna be a bitch
and the R and L strut mounts arent interchangeable...

    we both got D16 yah????

I just undid the bolt in the circle and slid the strut underneath and than got a longer bolt and tighten it up. The bracket for the pipe won't sit flush with the strut tower where it bolts to because of the strut bracket pushing it. Hope this helps mate.
