exactly what i stated before. many different opinions. apparently, b16a has better flor.. but BUT there are articles that proves b18c head is better.

to clear things up, here is a little bit of information in noob terms. lol

a motor has 2 main components. a Head(top half) , and Block(bottom half). You can take one block and put head from another motor as long as its from the same motor family. ie: Kfamily, B family, or D family

ie: you can have a B18c block and head. (standard)
or you can have a B18 block with B16 head.
B20 blocks usually go with B16a head.. The head is swapped because the B16/B18 has Vtec. (B20 head doesnt have Vtec)

same with K series motors. K20A, or K24A
you can have a K24A with a K20A head..

theres tonnes more technical information and all you gotta do is READ and SEARCH. hope that helps,
