Exterior temperature indicator for 07 civic

I know that the Civic Sport has a exterior temperature indicator on their odometer. Just wondering if it is possible to have that on my VTi as well.
    Big ask.

It's the exterior temperature. Nothing to do with climate control. Our 2002 Astra with normal air-cond also has an external temperature reading (and climate control is not an optional extra).

The VTi doesn't have an exterior temp display like the VTiL,SPORT or HYBRID.
