The header will fit stock CL9 but you can not use yr existing cat, this needs to be upgraded to a custom one or use a JDM CL7 cat, which needs to be imported.

So if I've got the Fujitsubo LegalisR, will the header fit it or will I still need a custom cat?

i dun think so
i sat on 2 EuroR in HK with these two different headers in the same day. same noise and the price are also very similar as well
