Obviously most people here have had the common sense to find CF products that have UV stabiliser in them, ie. during manufacturing.

i didn't know that. urmm is there anyway to tell? or be sure? like if you buy something from a jap manufacturer, spoon maybe.. would they have used the UV stabiliser?

i got no problems at all with my 2 yrs old CF hood.
its still looks as good as i got em

I'm not saying people went out of there way, more likely than not, they were fortunate they didn't get the dodgy stuff

You can be sure by asking them, maybe get them to guarantee it has it and if it fades, get your money back.
