That one is even newer than this UK CTR. And you can't bring them into Australia except through a private import. So you still have to wait 1 year.

    its as easy as that...NOT

hence why u see hardly any honda imports from UK

lets start with the car @ about 17,000pounds....convert that to Au, then how much it is to import it over on the boat, wont be cheap.

that idea is flopsville i thinks.
im not biased, i just tell it how it is.

But why would you want to go to England to buy the FD2 CTR when it is a JDM model and is not released in England as a mainstream model either...

I like the car however I'd rather choose the 166kw JDM Civic Type R...that's the most real Civic Type R.

there have this popular trader bring it in (FD2 in CW oh YEH) saying they wont make any profit with the first one and the price tag is ard $20K Pds. the beast will be available on the road in sep. Still available i think... even thou thousands views on the thread. (one friendly reminder/warning, be ready to get blow away with those 50+ pics)

You can buy them as grey import in the UK, BUT private importing them to AUS is not that simple.

Yes you have to own the car overseas for atleast a year, AND you also have to show customs that YOU have LIVED overseas for roughly the same ammount of time. So its not as simple as buying the car and leaving it with friends or relatives.

LOL, the EP3 and EK9 are not as fast as an EvoVI/RX-7/NSX Type S around Suzuka.
