Best way to take out spot welds

Whats the best and easiest method of taking out spot welds? I've so far bought spot welder cutter and its doing a good job but the tool only last for about 15 spot welds before i need to get another one.

So sugguestion of tool, brand and method of doing it.

    thanks heaps.

We normally just drill it out Jim. Use a smaller drill piece first and then a larger one that has a larger diameter then the spot weld itself. If you are taking out the driver side mount, its real hard to reach the top inside weld. What we did was drilled out every other spot weld and then hammered it off. Angle grind the excess down to make it nice and neat again.

    Drill and Screwdriver/hammer for me.

Drill out the weld and give it a bit of a hand with screwdrive and hammer.

thanks guys. I just went and bought new spot weld cutters and it did the job. I don't want to drill it out cause then i can't weld the holes up again.
