Ok so i got my civic coupe 96 vti, i wanna get the whole EM1 look starting from the front bar.

    Question:

What is needed to do this swap, just the front bar?

The fronts are different, you'd need new headlights, front quarters, bonnet and bumper.

front facelift conversion which consists of :
    a front bar
    bonnet
    both fenders
    front grill
    em1 lip
    front headlights

    and for the rear:
    em1 rear tail lights
    rear bumper

    then respray it all
