    engineers cert.

    hey guys im after an engineer certifivate, or sum to make all my mods legal, im in melb, any1 no where i can go to get things done liek, rims, suspention, stuff like that... any1 help me out??

    Local bodyworks or tuners should be able to help you out. Or a qualified mechanic. If that doesn't work, check with vicroads.
    ...... and that's all I have to say about that.

    You just need a VASS Certificate in Melb, but its pretty much an engineers certificate. Here is the current list of people that can provide you with a VASS certificate.

    I recommend a honda qualified mech. Easiest way to go. sometimes you might need engineer cert depending whats done to your engine. Or a performance shop to check for you if all good don't need them to write an EC for you to get it registered on road.
