D16z6 - Big HP - Piston Choice, CR and size

hey guys, still in the process of building my D16z6 aiming for around 250wkw. I have just recieved my shortblock (ERL built - Crower I beams, Darton Sleeves Cp 9:1 Forged pistons 75.5mm). Been getting alot of advice to get higher compression pistons such as 10:1 still in the 75.5 mm. Any Pros and cons to this? and if i were to change piston... any better recommendations then CP? also if i change to a different CR piston can i still use the same rings? and even if i change the piston brade (say to weisco) would i need to get Weisco Rings? etc

    think thats about it....

    Thanks in Advance

    Regards LYle

cheers mate good advice, really for a street engine i have come to the basic conclusion that unless running race fuel its not really worth the hassell . 90% of the advice given has been to keep the 9:1's... but just thought "what if" before i assemble the engine it could have been something to look into...

    rep point to you bro!
