A lighter flywheel does allow your engine to rev more quickly, but lightest is not always best depending on your application.

    This has the best TORQUE maker know to the internal combustion engine on it its called BOOST,I think you have been reading to many internet bed time story's about flywheel weights dude.If your car bogs off the line simple fix give it more boost then the problem is solved.

    Are yes thats right I forgot that ANTILAG/2 step rev limiter only works when your in gear damn my bad,mate give it up and read some more bedtime storys you might learn somemore.
