ok mechanic sed... (cos i work at a petrol station with a good mechanic)
that theres nothing to be comcerned about and it wouldnt have caused much damage.cos i did say i was going VERY SLOW. and if i was concerned, i coud just get a wheel allingment to see if there was anything wrong.. but if i didnt like the looks of it, i could just raise the car on the machine thingy and smack it back out gently..lols

so, dont think theres anything wrong with it muchh.
but just wonderin, could it be replaced? that lower arm control thingy?
cos when i start my apprentice im gonna work on handling & looks, so hopefully it can be replaced to somethign better and stronger.
