yes so would i, cause i know a fair few other hondas running d2 coils for the same amount of time as me and non of them have had any problems
i've heard that the old model d2s were unsafe etc etc, but the ones i got bout 8 months ago(brand new) are fine, no leaks, no weird sounds, etc etc

oh btw i dont think u adjust height on the d2s via the spring, never done it myself, i put them in as they came out of the box and it dropped my car to a reasonable height that im happy with

    .
D2s height adjustable comes from being able to move the lower bracket, exactly like the Tein Flex. They do not compress the springs to lower the car.

    also,

d2 are very unsafe and noisey units as have had bad experiences with dc5 coilovers made by d2. in the end a refund was given. good luck.
I don't see how you can make such a claim. I don't see how the D2s are any different from other similar units (and while sellers will claim superiority and preference of a brand, comm'on we all know these have similar lineage ). IMO, I think D2s are Bang for your Buck, and for someone who wants an entry level unit without the high price of the other shocks, these (D2s) get the job done.

    got the coilovers installed.
what can i say. its a much more enjoyable drive.
round abouts have never been so fun,
ive set them towards the softer side, but i could imagine how stiff the ride could get,
    apart from that.
    no complaints as of yet,
if any sounds start to happen, ill inform ya.

most of the knocking noise coming from coilovers are from lose bolts on suspension arms/forks and sways. also from the unit itself, the collars that hold the springs and shock body often (might) come lose after awhile, if its not tight enuf.

im paranoid wth suspension knocking, every now and then i spend lots of time going thru every single component there is tat is adjustable. most noise can be eliminated.

do update us when u hear some noise.

Well, after 1 - 2 weeks of having the coilovers in, i havent had any problems what so ever.
    no knocking.
i think it really comes down to the install, reputable places will double check, and have more knowledge than just some tyre place.
so good luck with everyone thats gonna purchase a pair,
for the price, you wont be dissapointed, definately bang for buck
