    Also, it's probably just as false to call a bar connecting the upper shock mounts together as a "strut brace" as it is to call the "chassis brace" a "strut brace". On our double wishbone Honda's, the shock/spring assembly (unlike a "strut" of our lesser favourite suspension design) does not affect suspension geometry, nor is it a structural member bearing any load other than compression - hence why the chassis brace connects to where it does.

    Then again, it's all useless semantics. We all know what everyone means when they say it, so why bother arguing.
