b16 engine & gearbox when wet (ie all fluids) is about 140ish.

I'm not sure if that includes shafts, intake manifold or exhaust manifold.

probably best to get out there and measure yourself. It'd be similiar to the dimensions of you engine bay.

I initially thought it would be more then that as well but after a bit of research i found that it was only 140kgs

the D series are a bit lighter (by about 10 kgs) and i'm sure the H and K's would be heavier then the B but i doubt any of them would be over 200 kg's (could come close to it though)

Good couriers to use would be AAE(australian air express) as my company use them all they time very reliable. Dont use allied express their tracking system has so much flaws

    how much do they weigh???

I'm guessing honda engines in general are light for their capacity.

It'll be around 100-150 kg. I know that most courier company will only pickup motor when there on the pallet.
