an "EEEEee" noise at 3000rpm jdm teggy

Hey guys,
I drive a jdm dc2r, just wondering when the car revs over 3000rpm it makes this "EEEEeeeEEEE" Noise not knowing what it is? My friends reckon its the intake, but im not quite sure if other jdm dc2r's make that noise. Can someone please let me know what it is.

I have an Apexi airfilter, and my car makes the same noise.
I had the car checked at the mechanics and there was nothing wrong with it.
