    DC5R got Toda'd

    Hey Guyz/Galz

Just got Toda Headers, Exhaust as well as an Injen intake installed at Toda last weekend on my DC5R. My dyno result is below, overall I'm very happy wif the resultz az well az Toda's service (Adrian is a god). Really noticed a big difference in the mid-high rev range. Let me know what you'all think ...

    Peace

    i paid $1700 or something i think.

1050 for headers, cat was like 250 and 250 for sway bar and 100 for fitted and b4 n after dyno.

    what exhaust do you have?

so is this with just the headers, catback and intake... still running stock ECU?

thats decent for just bolt ons... makes getting a ECU kinda pointless

I paid 3300 for the lot.. headers, toda exhaust, high flow cat, ep3 sway bar, injen and fitting (and dyno).

The dyno result is just from these mods, dunno how it compares to otha ppl but personally im satisfied!

I have the headers and exhaust, but have a mugen intake and kpro and mine makes 138kw at the wheels. So you are doing quite well.

i take it as the redline is the stock power and the other two are after dyno runs.

stock DC5r should be running around the 115-120kw at the wheels mark.

The curve on the graph also looks good to... its good to see the vtec is smoother then stock.

So a 10-15kw gain from just intake and exhuast is awesome... imagine what it would be like with a ECU and a decent tune

how did you make a conclusion that a stock would be 115-120kw atw?

wouldnt it really matter where it was dynoed?

he got i/h/e which 18kw is a reasonable difference right? with a kpro that should boost an extra 10-20kw?

Well.. from what everyone tells me a stock DC5R should be runnin around the 105 - 110kw mark. I was runnin 111 kw stock before all the mods (which I was very happy with!).

The blue line is the dyno result without the injen (so just toda headers, cat and toda exhaust) and i got roughly around the 127kw
