Just normal quality oil will do the trick as long as its not too thin for the car - something like 10/40 or 20/50 will be fine.

Do a clean oil change just before the track day, top it up no more than 5mm over the MAX mark and you should be fine.

Don't do more than 5 hot laps at a time... give the car time to cool down.

I used Castrol Edge Sport 0w-40 and it was good. Didn't burn any oil. Now I'm using Motul 8100 xcess 5w-40.

viscosity depends on the age and condition of the motor.

    A b16a with 140,000km shouldn't use a 20w-50 oil. For that age, a 5w-40 or 10w-40 oil is better.

Remember to put in some good fluids for your brakes as well!
See a good post? Give it a PQ point.

OEM (rated) fluids should be fine !!! FEO is 10-30 y0 and ive never seen any use on the track.
