whilst i agree with what youre basically saying here, to say that someone has no options as far as suing goes is definately taking it too far.

it could be argued that there is an implied contract that the vehicle be in good condition and that this fault means its not in good condition. thats just one option

i wouldnt go telling people there are no grounds to sue unless youve got a little more justification for it.
