    LSD gear box

hi, i m just wondering how to identify my gear bx has equipped a LSD or not? but the cast of the box doesnt has any "L.S.D" stamp on it, If I dont take the gear box out, do I still have a chance to know it is LSD gearbox if without take it out? My car is Integra Vti-R, gear box is S80, not Y80, my car gearbox is different with other vti-r box, not Y80. can anyone tell me or show me? thank much

you should be able to tell the difference in traction....

All the b series boxes are interchangeable...

    I'm running a b16a box....

Burnout, check for rubber lines. If there's two, you have an LSD. If there's one, you have an open diff.

That is, in fact, what would happen.

Actually if you get 2 lines you might have a rooted open diff. And if you get one line you might have a stuffed LSD... so yeah. Heh heh.

jack it up and turn one wheel.. if they both go same way then it has lsd

if they go opposite to each other then its open diff
