Can i use 5 stud X 114.3 and +42 offset rim for honda jazz. if yes, how can i change 4 stud to 5 stud? and where can i do it? Located in melbourne thank u
no you cant. Your jazz = 4x100 stud pattern. You change to 5 stud by changing your hub and stud over...from say a DC5 for example. EXpensive job just to use 5x114.3 rims
make a custom bolt on adaptors 4x100 to 5x114,3 for about $100 each.
or get the rims re drilled. or, if they're new wheels, get them ordered as blanks and get them drilled at the correct stud pattern.

both mentioned are unsafe and probably illegal. Last option works - drill wheels in the correct variant to begin with

As Ben said - dont do either of the above. Just get the correct stud pattern in the first place.
