I disagree. Its totally awesome and cool. Youd get heaps of chicks with a car like this. Esp is you put a 10kw sub and amp in the boot and slam that bitch.

The only issue is that you need a minimum of 40kw atw to get the wheels rolling every time you move so your fuel consumption and performance suffers like a mofo.

Otherwise I'd say go for it. Dont forget the fluffy dice.

19x8 & 19x9 will fit just fine on a euro, but you need to get the correct tyre size

if you want legal i suggest you not to choose staggered wheels, but for me personally i'd choose staggered wheels because they look nicer, i know that most ppl will say staggered wheels are useless on a fwd car and will have negative impact on performance etc2, but since youre looking to get 19s or 20s the idea of performance goes out the window anyways

btw imo 19s look perfect on a euro, you can get more dish than 20s

19x8 can be paired with 215 or 225, 235 is too wide, 19x9 can be paired with 235, any wider than 235 i think will rub, as for 20s, ive seen someone squeezed 20x8.5 at front and 20x9.5 at rear on a euro (no widebody), but you need to rolled the front and rear guards to make way for the wheels, as for tyre choice you can use 235/30/20 or maybe 245/30/20 for the 20x9.5, but personally profile 30 is a bit too thin for my liking, and a bit dangerous as well

if you're scared of getting camber wear from your rear wheels, try sourcing Nitto NeoGen tyres, theyre made specifically for lowered and cambered vehicles, eventhough you're running on cambers they claim the tyres can give even wear, GL

how does whether its a 19" rim or 20" rim determine whether you can use 235 or 245 tyres???

19/20 is the diameter of the wheel...

235/245 is the width of the tyre....

    i see no link there...

9.5inch with 245 tyres will definately rub on the rear... theyll stick out to far, and rolling the guards wont help, youd have to go for lower offset, but thatll only make the wheels rub on the shocks/calipers/something...(alternatively if you want to replace your $2000 tyres every 6months you could use alot of negative camber to make them fit)

IMO if you want the looks - 19" look damn sexy on the euro! but 225/30 tyres will cost you a shit load of money, let alone wanting 245s!

if you want handling - 17" or 18" with 225 (max 235)... have the same both front and back, keep it legal, and you wont be sacrificing any traction, its FWD!

i dont get it when did i actually say that 235 is for 19 and 245 is for 20? is my english really that bad? i was just saying that if he wants to get 19x8 19x9 my suggestion is to get 215/35 for the 19x8 and 235/35 for the 19x9

but if he wants to get 20s (which he didnt specify the widths), i gave him an example of a friend that owns euro that is using 20x8.5 and 20x9.5

this friend of mine is using 225/30 for the 20x8.5 and 235/30 for the 20x9.5

imo i think it is safer to use 245/30 for the 9.5 because 235/30 will expose the wheels by quite a bit

ALSO i did mention that he can source Nitto NeoGen tyres that are made specifically for cambered vehicles to even out thread wear if he decides to add more camber

thats the bit i was talking about...
sorry i didnt mean to sound offensive

but i do agree with you on 19 look perfect on the euro...

i just think he should stay 225/235...

nah its cool lol, im not offended in any way , but anyways yeah i think 19x8 with 215/225 all around is best for those want to avoid all kinds of trouble in making the wheels fit, but still i reckon staggered wheels look awesome on any cars, worth the headache in fitting the wheels

No jestalt rims please, it's ugly and most of rice cars using jestalt rims. Save your money and buy some nice rims. Don't go with chrome, if you like chrome then go with high polish.

Depending on how low you go, 275 in the rear = rubbing.
