Engine doesnt start smoothly???

Or perhaps if you turn off the engine while the iVTEC CAM gears are angled in 'high output' mode (mid-high revs), they dont get a chance to reset back to idle mode, which in turn causes a rough start up.

If this was the case, EVERY Toyota out there would have the same starting problem.

i dont see someone turning the engine off while revving at 6000rpm?

yea it happens to mine. I think if you often start and turn off the engine, eg. short 3 mins journey to shops, it will happen. The engine seems weak and i went to the mechanics they sed the battery was fine.
