this was taken from the very first post, i thought that you had to have five blocks but i was mistaken as i should have read properly. and i now understand more, every 100 points you get an extra block. i would have thought that every time someone gave you a point, that it would equal 100 ponts. thanx for your help KROGOTH

Just updated the first post. It's actually 100points now before you can affect someone else's score.

whats the go... im getting all these rep points but it doesnt add 2 my green bars under my nic...

whats the point of having this system if it doesnt do work...

its not like my posts dont help ppl... im a mechanic, lol

lol it does work. Your green bar grows depending on the number of points you have.

i rekn that is a load of bollocks. if someone makes a good post, you should be entitled to give them a pat on the back through repping. it shouldn't matter if they were the last, 2nd last or even 3rd last person you rep'd or what not.

I understand that its probably implemented that way to reduce misuse, but goddamn its annoying.

it simply stops spam repping and encourages members to rep others rather than only a select group.

Go rep someone else , and then rep the person for something else if you must.

yes ive already acknowledged, but it goes against the sentiment that you should be able to give a rep to someone as you stumble across threads. the fact that you're saying 'go rep someone else, and then rep the person' would suggest to go and rep someone else for the heck of it.

just my 2c worth...

but unfortunatley, ther are or have been some immature silly ppl abusing/misusing the rep point system

so, i think this system of not being able to rep the same person too frequently is ther as spamproof system

its not perfect...but its a compromise

just pm the person that helped u and say to he/she that u tried to rep them but it u have been repping them too much lately

Changed. The number of people you have to spread rep to before you can rep the first person again has increased substantially because of that circle repping fiasco last year.

im not blaming anyone, so get it right. if its not going to be used in a proper manner, AND if its in a state such that you have to go give reps to x number of others first; then its really of no use to anyone. just can the whole thing altogether i say.
