DC5 type R and type S tail lights

Does any1 know whether the type S tail lights suite the type R rear? Anyone ever tried changing it 'cause the type S tail lights looks nicer.

Thanks for the picts but the black one look like type S, or is it a later model type R but not available in Aus?

Correction, It's a Type R, with a face lift conversion.

Anything is possible with money.

Is it really that costly to do? I mean can't you just change the lights and bumpers and that's it? Both models should have the same size lights. If they do then all needs to be done is just slot the type R's lights out and instal the type S lights.
