I dont get it, isn't that the stock grill for 03-05 model? Did you "down-grade" from the 06-07 model?

Did the same thing when I put my Mugen grille in.
Also I removed the plastic vents near the foggies, and slotted and meshed them too. Bit tricky cutting out the louvres.

What I did was to take off the radiator cover, which allows you to access behind the grille and lower vent.
The inside face of the lower vent is almost flat, but with a couple of small tabs sticking out, preventing the mesh from sitting flush against the back of the vent. Trim these tabs off with a pair of sidecutters.
Buy 1 x 1.8x.2m length of zincalume gutter guard, designed for corrugated iron roofs, from Bunnings or similar ( I paid $17 a length)
Cut the mesh about 30mm longer and wider than the opening.
Spray bothe sides with a couple of coats of flat black, preferably the same as your mesh grille.
The two lower edges need a slight trim to fit flush where the bottom of the lower vent begins to curve up. You will see what I mean when you put the mesh in place.
Once the bottom is a nice fit, cut into the mesh from the top where it overhangs up above the opening. By doing about 6 sets of cuts, 25mm in and about 30mm apart,you can fold between the cuts over to form 6 tabs. This will allow you to fix the tabs to the inside with hot melt glue, as well as anywhere else it can be fixed without being seen from the front, eg far outer edges and behind the vertical bars on the vent.
Make sure you clean with acetone before you glue to get a nice clean surface.

Sounds easy but seems to hard for me. ANyone wanna make some cash money and do it for me??? I live in Sydney????
