What Sway bars for my eg civic

    Hey guys

Been haveing a problem trying to find what manufacture makes sway bars for my EG civic. Im after around a 26mm Front Sway and around 23mm rear. What manufactures make such a sway bar ? and where can i purchase them from?

Not really considering ITR sway bars as my car is more a show car too and after something that looks good as well as performs.

    THanks in advance

ps will be useing asr subframe brace

    Regards Lyle

whiteline. ur gonna need a beaks kit or a asr kit to run a swaybar that thick that wont rip ur subframe.

if you use the ASR rear brace , then you can ONLY use the rear ITR or CTR swaybars. The whiteline will not fit.

Can i suggest , front / rear ITR swaybars and simply sand them back and paint them a bling colour ?

have anyone tried eibach sway bars? they dont look too bad.

and if you ran an asr why would you be limited to ctr or itr sways? dont all sway bars mount to the same point in your subframe?

not all swaybars mount @ the same point - it depends if they are "replacement" swaybars ( like cusco etc for ITR or CTR's) or if they are "kits" like the whiteline ones.

I stuck with an ITR rear bar , because it is 100% known to work with ASR kit. And its cheap.

but surely all aftermarket kits would still have to mount to factory honda holes / mounts? you wouldnt just screw it into anything would you?

also where can i find cusco sway bars? cant find them anywhere??!

At a minimum , any "replacement" swaybar would have upgraded and larger bushes. (this is because , its increasing in size so the bush would have to be larger internal diameter to compensate!)
IMO most swaybars do utilize the factory mounting hardware or endlinks etc.
WHITELINE , does not it is an entire new "kit"

Yup - the issues related to whiteline , are to the EK variant of "heavy duty mounts". The EG/DC has had a smaller amount of subframe tearouts. Still happens tho.
