Just looked on the intranet, there is no Latino on the Bigpond senior management hierarchy map.
To see if you really work at Telstra, who is the GMD of Bigpond followed by two of his direct reports?

my GF works at telstra tho, she says the same thing NO LATINO.......
although with 10 Bigpond centres it could have been a possibility.
