    konis

    hey dude,

well, it's quite competitive for konis...i got a whole koni/eibach setup installed at rev zone (nunawading) for abt $1280 from memory. terry said he could do the same setup but with teins for the same price - i think that may have been a better option in hindsight). although it didn't include wheel alignment, u normally wouldn't get a wheel alignment at those workshops anyway. i went to trutrak in north melb for the alignment cos i heard they were really good but the idiots scratched one of my rims the alignment normally is like $130 but somehow i managed to bargain him down to $110.

some ppl have bad stories from rev zone but most workshops have bad stories now. anyway, u probably won't find many places deviating in price by much at all. so anythin ard that price is abt right.

good luck with ur new shox!

110 for alignment?? wtf u can get wheel alignmensts for 40bux at bob jane!

  8. #8
but u get 40 bucks worth of work :P l

yeah donnellans do a 2 wheel alignment for lik $45 or $50 and a 4 wheel for abt $60 or $69. honda civics can do 4 wheel alignments.
well i had an alignment done at donnellans and i got uneven tyre wear and i don't push my car much at all.
for $110, they said u bring it back after 5000ks and they will recheck your alignment (he said sth that gave me the impression that they would stick it up on the machine again to measure stuff and not just look at tyre wear).

thats dodge henners. a good shop will make sure it leaves alright...

yeah u would think so...i would imagine most shops will say to u to go back after 5000ks and they'll check ur tyre wear...donnellans said that...

where do u take urs andy?
