Clutch problem? Transmission Oil change? Please diagonose

When shifting in Reverse, 1st, 2nd and sometimes 3rd gear (low speed) when releasing the clutch I hear what seems to be a 'knocking' noise that seems to knock about 3 times

What I would like to know is whether this is common in the Integra (I have a DC4) or do I have a serious problem?

Its not normal man. Also potentially CV, hub or bearing.. hard to diagnose from description.

first thing first... check your lug nuts and make sure they are on tight
