    different.

    one has vtec (more revs), one doesn't (less revs).

    saying that,
    cluster will fit no worries (assuming you're comparing EK clusters).. you'll just have different redlines

    so what if i have the d16y8 engine with the gli cluster, this means i can just go over the redline and look cooler hey? lol

    yep..
    fuel cutout is controlled by your ecu, not by your cluster.
