Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having an "R" version if the engine is heavier.

It's the R concept though. Shed weight before adding power.

That is true, but if the Americans and the Britishs have anything to do with the "R" concept, its ****ed anyway... So make up for the shit with a bonkers engine

Meh, they added power, you just don't "see" it

280PS rating for the C32B in the NSX-R is as good as the 280PS in the BNR32...

No where near 280PS, actually you'll find it around 300PS+ hahaha

Intersting..... you would have thought that with the cab forward design of the bloody thing that getting the V10 behind there with a transaxle would not be too much drama.

    LMAO @ GTRVspec95 ..... he would too wouldn't he.

Doesn't this NSX concept look a little like a fat version of the S2000?

Just compare it to Amirul's window picture

HSC was a much better design, its sad to think the new NSX could be a load of American crap, the original design philosophy of a lightweight, functional, daily driveable sports car was spot on, I hope one day to own a 2nd hand one,

And the whole "motor in front and massive V10" thing isn't in every other supercar either, sure Nissan have done a fantastic job, and the new Lexus LF-A is front engined (and looks like a Supra) but why would they go backwards after showing the world they could do something that could show up a Ferrari or Lambo?

Mind you, if it was designed for the Australian market, it would probably be a Ute, cause they are such an awesome sports car here you know!

I just hope that whatever they come up with makes it to Australia eventually, would be a great marketing idea for Honda (especially when Nissan and Toyota will be here with theirs)

I wish they would bring the Kiawami here

    Cheers

    Chris
