Importing exhaust.

Hey, a very noob question but more of a peace of mind than a serious question.

I am seriously considering importing a Tanabe SMHyper Exhaust system from the US through ebay. My question comes in fitment. I have a 5th Gen Prelude vtir.
The exhuats is for a 'NON SH' prelude model so it is for the base model in the US and since the US Base model = Australian VTiR. My question is will this exhaust fit the Australia Spec Prelude vtirs?
