    coolant leaking

    hi just wondering about my civic ED... cos the coolant is leaking above the engine oil tank its leaking like a shower when i start the engine hehe anyways i cant find where exactly the leak is... any suggestions guys?

    The engine doesn't have an 'oil tank'

    Take it to a mechanic

    hehe i mean the tank when u flush the oil lol... thanks anyways

    You mean the sump thats at the bottom of the engine?

    or do you mean where you put the oil in ?

    yup the sump at the bottom of the engine but the leak is above that

    Well it could be anything really as water will generally leak and flow to the bottom of the motor (sump)

    try water pump.. had same problem with ed fix asap

    well my timing belt snapped so it cost 320 all up including labour and parts
