Stocky, you got anymore pics of that? would like to see close up how it has been done, never seen it like that before but it solves the problem of the longer intake tract. Any idea how much cutting is involved?

looks like a little i think it would b alrite but it would make the intercooler sit lower.. id love to see mounting brackets of just the intercooler im still now real sure how im goin to mount that.... its very similar to some setups on with the r33 skylines

im not sure how the s200 will work.... im going to give that west coast customs and classics a call tmrw and ask what they think....

its not that far away really its bout 40 min drive i think

i need to get a new map sensor to sense positive boost, ecu upgrade, and maybe down the track injectors and fuel rail and pump.

i think itll b ok for a little boost however...

is there any dramas anyone has come across with the hondata ecu???

its starting to turn into a big job but i think itll b worth it.

i thought u were doin this on some sort of budget and hondata seems like a very expensive way to go...

    quoted from the hondata website

    Hondata s100 + Free Boost
    $1100.00

    Hondata s200 + Datalogging + Launch Control
    $1250.00

    Hondata s200 + Datalogging + Launch Control + Boost
    $1450.00

    Hondata s300 & s300j
    $1500.00

is tuning on top of these prices?

From memory you can run upto 11 psi on a stock honda map sensor. So no need to change unless you want run more.

I suggest a chipped obd0 or obd1 ecu. running crome, uber or neptune.
Cheaper and just as reliable as hondata.

Not much cutting at all. Just enlarge the hole to the left of the radiator and move some metal on the edge of the radiator support. It all depends on the position of the turbo and the direction the turbo snout is facing.

you wont need the MAP sensor for low boost and you will need injectors to start with not later on down the track

ummm.... does anyone know if theres a suitable generic/non oem o2 sensor for a 92/93 da9 (4 wire one just before the cat)

and any ideas as to why my front passenger wheel is squeaking/squealing at really low speeds like the brake pads not
fully releasing the rotor? it only just happened for the first time dismorning and I'm wondering if theres anything I should get from repco at lunch to be able to fix it up tonight. sorry that's all I've got to go on at the moment.

just check the switch first. Click it if it doesnt do anything cut it off. Then touch the two wires together. If it goes off and on then the switch is your problem
