Hmm i got my sumpplug and washer, was only $9.40 or something.
And then i stopped by bunnings and they had no single hex sockets, so i stopped by some other place, and they didnt either, and i stopped by repco and they did, but it is a LONG one. like 7cm long.

Would that be any good? Because its so long i imagine it being harder to use ..

The long one is a deep drive socket. It is fine as long as you have space to fit the socket on. Did you try looking for the black coloured short 6-point sockets? Those are short impact sockets.

Didnt see any short sockets. Thats why i bought the long one...
I was abit... err about buying it. but yea, just have to get that bolt off when im not feeling lazy and have just realised my vice grips are soft of broken.

This is so annoying not having the proper tools....

Well, with that deep drive socket, you are 1 step into getting good tools. If there is a Total Tools near you, they do a large range of sockets too.

Don't need the yellow pages. Just type in www.totaltools.com.au.
