fuel economy test DA9 LS integra

Does anyone know what these cars were supposed to get out of the factory?

Both mine have average 9-10l/100km in the 'burbs and 8ish on the highway. I'm contemplating doing a full work over on all the basics which could be causing the shit fuel consumption. An 1100kg car with less then 100kw shouldn't be using 10 per hundred. My mums camry uses 9

i just filled up tonite..and realise i did 520km....come to thinking of it...its averaging about 450-500+...somehow its getting better than when i first got the car...
