Removing License Plate and the Platic holder

Help.

I have a 99 Honda Civic the license plate will not come off from the plastic holder. i have unscrewed it already. the bolt is loose but somehow it appears to be still join to the bumper via 2 plastic bit?

here is a picture of the actual car. you can see my attempt in trying to remove teh plates

i dun know any thing about this sorta stuff but maybe ur supposd 2 un do it from the behind the bodykit.

try take off ur bumper see if there is anything else behind it

thanks for hte quick reply. i was hoping not to take off the bumper >.<. cause i did it before on my olg eg. and i have trouble making ti align back >.>

OP: please remove this thread op, i have since foudn out that this problem occurs on most honda model that came straight from a dealer
