Engine Cooling & Radiator Problem – Any ideas??

FWIW - i am running a smaller D15B overflow bottle with my PWR alloy radiator that i use for circuit racing.

did the overflow bottle over fill? or did it just spray everywhere?

don't sound good.......Check the rad cap?

oh well, look at the leakdown tests for a headgasket issue...

but make sure your rad cap is working too!

I hear that using a less perused cap helps the coolant go in and out better?

Also I can't make the radiator spray on queue and its only happened once since the new radiator install..on Sunday when it was very hot

Consider the factors -

engine was "rebuilt" to OEM spec. Car was then boosted.Loose tolerence or issue in the build might be a reason for premature wear / possible HG issue ?
