    The old gasket should still be fine!

    u will need to get the new metalcat's dimensions the same as the jdm dc2r's cat so your headers and cat back will line up

    he's saying if ur cat is much bigger/smaller than stock it wont line up, as the headers and catback are designed as oem replacements.

    but realistically it should be fine
