    just drill it out your going to need to patch it up either way magic.

    i got mine off with a impact screw driver.
    had to use quite a bit of force though, and you gotta get someone to hold the boot firm, so you can hit it harder

    will try to get someone to hold the boot next time, if it doesn't work i'll drill it off
