No, I was originally going to but it cost nearly as much as the grille. I figured it looked alright :P

... but on a sidenote, as I'm getting a full kit sprayed, I will probably get the grille done too.

Wait a few wks for the full kit to be installed and then I'll take some nice shots.

1st, don't like the hole curve under stock grille (honda badge).
2nd, don't like mugen grille (too dark for black color FD .. for me)
3rd, don't like mugen type-r grille (top grille too short and not chrome too)
4th, don't like mugen RR/dominator grille (carbon fiber also still little bit dark for black color)
5th, last option, oem TYPE-R grille




highly recommended for FD other than black color (white/silver)

I got a black fd aswell...black is the best color.. but it gets dirty so freaking quick..and it gets freaking hot during summer.. but white is pretty darn good.. =)

for the whole looks, black and white are the best.
but in white color, we can little bit play with the color combination !

I think people want white because its got the type r look? and your right it blents with other colors alot better.. like red?... if i had to choose again i wouldve chosen either purple or white.. I dont see why people seem to hate the purple so much.. firend owns a fd2 in misty purple. I reckon its pretty hot..
