how about if u drive in heavy rain. Surely that lil hole at the bottom of the cant drain a whole heap of water at once ?? anyone live in sydney and drivin there car in the heavy rain past couple of weeks ?? how there intake go ?? also with the drain hole does the water drip only any hot mechanical parts ?? ive ordered 1 gruppe m intake and im just paranoid about the whole water into the intake issue

This been cover so many time and also in different forums......there is no issue in regard to water problem.....either gruppeM or Mugen....you are thinking too much.....it will be fine...

Exactly, apart from completely submerging the intake

you will have no problems

No i didn't receive the cleaner kit, although the filter was pre-oiled.. U can just grab the K&N recharge kit from Autobahn etc

I'm ordering a gruppe m intake along with a friend next week =) soo excited about it since everyone saying all the positive stuff about it

i see people replaced the intake piping with k&n, is there any gain or reason in doing so? also gruppe m for Type R and S is the same? because my friend drives a type s just wanna make sure. Thanks guys!!
